DAWN Commission, in partnership with Egbe Omo Yoruba North America (EOYNA), has opened applications for Cohort 1 of the Regional Investment & SME Empowerment (RISE) Programme; a new initiative connecting Southwest Nigerian businesses directly with diaspora investors for growth capital.

The programme is open to businesses operating in Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, or Oyo State that meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years in active operation
• Annual revenue of ₦10 million or more
• Based in, or majority-owned within, Southwest Nigeria

Eligible businesses can apply before applications close on September 13.
